*Tiffany Davies, B.S., Certified Herbalist, founder and lead herbalist at Embark Herbals, LLC, obtained her herbalist certificate through David Winston’s Center for Herbal Studies. She also obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology and Minor in Health Science through West Chester University. In addition, she continued her herbalist training with Master Herbalist, Don Ollsin, of Canada. Her training is a combination of indigenous, traditional herbalism and modern, science-based use of herbs and includes knowledge in the following areas: cellular and molecular biology, botany, traditional Chinese herbalism, Ayurvedic herbalism (India), Eclectic herbalism (early American), traditional Native American herbalism, Unani Tibb herbalism, European phyto-therapy, some South American and African herbalism; pulse, tongue and functional bloodwork analysis; and herbal preparations, such as: growing, foraging and preparing herbs, teas, decoctions, tinctures, salves, compresses, etc. Her full CV can be found online clicking here.
During the initial appointment, you can discuss the issues that are important to you and then we will follow up with some questions to identify patterns of strength and weakness. Using this information, and depending on your wishes, you will receive recommendations that may include nutrition, herbs, supplements, counseling and lifestyle suggestions. Our recommendations may also include suggestions for creating physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual balance, as well as referring you to other professionals, such as: massage therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, etc. This time can also be booked for one-on-one instructional time.
Payment and initial form will be completed during the booking process. Waiver and Disclosure Form will need to be signed and completed before our initial appointment. If we are meeting online, a meeting link will be sent to you. A limited number of discounted appointments are awarded based on financial need; please inquire during initial phone call if you would like to request such accommodations. We offer a free 15-minute phone call, prior to making an appointment, to answer any questions you may have about services offered and to make sure we are a good fit for one another before moving forward.

She has no objections to clients being seen or evaluated by their own medical doctor. Cancellation Policy: Consultations are non-refundable* and require at least a 24-hour cancellation notice, in writing, prior to your scheduled appointment, which should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an email back within 48 hours to reschedule. The second time that a cancellation notice is received, you will forfeit 20 minutes of your call time due to scheduling inconvenience. After the third cancellation, you will forfeit your entire appointment.
*When appointments are booked, that time slot is removed from the calendar and dedicated to you, therefore we are unable to book any other calls at that time.
Late Policy: There is a 7-minutes late grace period for appointments. After 7 minutes the call will automatically be rescheduled and the cancellation policy will apply. The grace period minutes do count towards your appointment time.
